What to bring to your appointment:
- Referral letter from your GP or specialist (if this has not been sent previously to us)
- Medicare card
- Health fund / DVA card (if available)
- Relevant blood, urine, ultrasound reports, medical reports/letters
- A list of your current medications and allergies
What if I need to cancel?
You will not be charged for cancellations, however, please call as soon as possible if you know you will not be able to make your appointment so that we can offer this time to another patient.

Payment is made at the time of consultation, please confirm the fee and payment methods when contacting the rooms for your appointment.

- Train or Metro
We are located approximately 200m from St Leonards train station. Cross the Pacific Highway and AMA House is on the left-hand side on Christie Street. Alternatively, we are a 400m walk from Crows Nest Metro station.
- Car
If you are travelling from the North, please note that you cannot turn right into Christie Street. Turn left into Christie Street, then turn around at the roundabout to cross back over the Pacific Highway.
- There are two hours of free parking available in St Leonards Central Car Park underneath Coles supermarket in Mall 88. Vehicle entrance is on Christie Lane.
- Metered street parking is available on and around Christie Street.
- There is also a Wilson car park (Charter Grove) at 80 Christie Street, approx 120m from AMA House where you can park casually or pre-book.
